Chef Michele De Blasio, from Campania, began his career with Riccardo Camanini and Alfonso Iaccarino and specialized alongside the brothers Pourcel, Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire, Arzak, Rasmus Kofoed. After the experience at the Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong, he is currently Executive Chef at Giardini del Fuenti. Michele De Blasio’s kitchen is characterized by constant experimentation, with the design of the combinations in order to give the right balance to every dish.
A locus amoenus where you can taste the haute cuisine of Chef Michele de Blasio. Dishes with a balanced flavor, made of seasonal and local products that resume, in symbiosis with the surrounding landscape, the smells of the sea and of our land. The encounter between tradition and innovation is a game of experimentation in the culinary art of Michele De Blasio, in which the fruits of the earth embellish the basic ingredients of first and second courses. An explosion of authentic flavors and “zero centimeters” that from the garden, pass immediately to the table giving an unforgettable experience, a return to the roots of the Neapolitan territory.
Balanced combinations in accurate veneers complete the multi-sensory path to live unique emotions: the pleasure of the palate is combined with that of sight in front of modern compositions that never forget their origins.
